About the role
Seeking an experienced Unreal or Unity Developer to design and develop high-fidelity Virtual Reality (VR) training scenarios.
This exciting role involves creating immersive 3D environments that support scenario-based training, enhancing situational awareness, hazard recognition, and decision-making in real-world emergency response contexts.
The successful candidate will work closely with technical specialists and subject matter experts to ensure realistic, engaging, and technically robust VR simulations. 

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proficiency in Unity or Unreal Engine, including software architecture, tools, and features.
  • Strong programming skills in C++ and Blueprint scripting.
  • Experience in 3D simulation, gaming, VR/AR/MR environments.
  • Knowledge of geospatial and technical data integration.
  • Strong design, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Degree or equivalent technical certification or experience in 3D design, animation, engineering, or related field.
