A major organisation undergoing a significant merger is seeking a TSA Lead to manage the delivery of 27 transitional IT and business services from multiple third-party providers over an 18-month period. This role is key to ensuring service levels, compliance, and business requirements are maintained throughout the transition while coordinating internal stakeholders, vendors, and the Integration Program.

- 18 month contract with chance of extension
- Located Melbourne CBD
- Hybrid: 3 days in office (flexible)
- Attractive daily rates
- Lead and manage the delivery of services under the Transitional Services Agreements (TSA)
- Oversee IT services (End User Computing, Network/Telephony, Business Applications, Cyber Security) and business services (Payroll, Procurement, Operational Services)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, the Integration Program team, and multiple service providers
- Manage risks, compliance, budgets, and external vendors
- Navigate a complex and sensitive transition requiring exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven experience managing outsourced IT service delivery and external vendors
- Experience in business integration programs (M&A transitions)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Preferable experience in Utilities, Industrial Services, Construction, or similar sectors
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
