Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 2-3 days per week at office
Must have skills:
- Provide technical and thought leadership on Service Virtualization techniques and processes, to colleagues working within cross-functional teams, Environment/Release Managers, Service Owners, Delivery Owners and Project Managers.
- Act as a central point of contact for technical Service Virtualizations questions and issues
- Identify opportunities, engage and deliver Service Virtualization outcomes in accordance with requirements with emphasis on driving maximum value of the capability.
- Ownership of SV patterns and technical artefacts supporting the Service Virtualization capability.
- Create and maintain SV practices, standards and documentation to ensure consistency, ease of support and growth of capability.
- Contribute to uplift of Service Virtualization capability through sharing of knowledge and driving improvement initiatives
- Experience virtualizing services via SV tooling. Specific experience in the use of Microfocus SV is advantageous
- Ability to establish re-usable patterns for Cloud, 3rd party and on-premises applications and mentor/train others use of these patterns
- Knowledge of various protocols and messaging formats
- Experience in test environment management
- Knowledge of tools including Jira, Confluence, DevOps and automation tools
