We’re looking for a Test Automation Lead to join a major Federal Government client in Melbourne. You’ll lead a team of testers, drive automation using Playwright, and work closely with CI/CD pipelines in a GitLab environment.
Must have Skills:
- Experience leading test teams in enterprise environments
- Strong automation skills (Playwright, BDD, Gherkin)
- CI/CD integration (Git, GitLab)
- Test planning, execution, and stakeholder reporting
- Excellent communication and leadership
- Agile testing experience
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
- Experience in government or large-scale digital projects
