About the role:
Seeking Test Analysts to support testing activities across SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
In this role, you will work under the guidance of a Test Lead, assisting with test case execution, defect logging, and documentation for both functional and user acceptance testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases across SuccessFactors modules.
- Log and track defects in tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Assist in preparing test cases, scripts, and test summary reports.
- Validate fixes, retest defects, and support test environment setup.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors (EC, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning) or HR processes and systems.
- Understanding / experience in software testing lifecycle (STLC).
- Some experience or basic understanding of creation and maintenance of test cases and test scripts based on functional requirements and user stories
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail and organisational skills
