We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager
to lead and drive network operations projects, ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced telecommunications
environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives and complex incident restorations within Network Operations, ensuring effective change management and operational reliability.
• Manage customer relationships and act as the primary interface during project execution, maintaining constant communication to resolve issues and meet project objectives.
• Oversee project progress against plans, report KPIs and milestones, and implement corrective actions while ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely resolution of operational issues and effective resource allocation.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, manage stakeholder expectations, and support after-hours work as required to uphold service quality.
Skills & Experience
• 5+ years Technical Project Manager within Telco Domain
• Strong background in telco infrastructure, network or Telco Cloud Environment/project
