We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support a critical enterprise network modernization initiative in the aviation sector. This is a dynamic and hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to help deliver complex technical projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical tasks, schedules, and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Support risk and issue tracking, and escalate when needed
- Facilitate project meetings (stand-ups, sprint planning, etc.)
- Assist with testing, deployment schedules, budgeting, and procurement
- 2+ years in a technical project coordination/support role
- Solid understanding of IT project lifecycles and technical concepts
- Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
- Experience with tools like Jira, SharePoint, or MS Project
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology (e.g., Networking, network operations, OSI layers)
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
