Technical Manager (Solution Architect)
Elevate your career as a Technical Manager (Solution Architect) and take the lead in shaping high-impact technical and compliance documentation for major Australian telecom projects. If you thrive on collaborating with diverse stakeholders, driving end-to-end document excellence, and leveraging deep Core/OSS expertise, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development, review, and maintenance of technical, operational, and compliance documentation for telecom solutions and internal processes.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather technical information and translate it into structured deliverables such as Security Plans, BCPs, Configuration Plans, and RTMs.
• Manage end-to-end document review cycles, incorporating feedback from engineering teams, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Drive timely updates, walkthroughs, and customer sign-offs to ensure all documentation is accepted as per project schedules.
• Leverage strong organisation, communication, and Core/OSS domain knowledge to build effective relationships and deliver high-quality, audit-ready documentation.
Required Skills:
• 5-8+ years Solution Architect relevant experience with recent Technical Manager background
• Has Local Australian Experience and worked for large Telecommunications Company
• Experienced with Core (AMF/MME) and/or OSS is a plus
• Skilled at documentation, created processes and standard operating procedure documents
• Working with various stakeholders [internal & external], extracting knowledge and document in the key deliverable docs
• Conduct multiple review cycles of the documents, both internally
• Perform the updates & get sign-off from the customer as per the schedule
• Federal Project experience is a plus
