The Technical Lead provides leadership for enterprise architecture within a new Program Delivery Team, overseeing the design and implementation of scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions. You will lead the rollout of a major ERP system, ensuring robust system integration, adherence to architectural standards, optimisation of workflows, and alignment of technical frameworks
As Technical Lead, you will:
• Define and implement enterprise architecture strategies across ERP, cloud, and business systems
• Ensure system integration, performance, scalability, and maintainability of technical solutions
• Establish and enforce technical standards, frameworks, and architectural best practices
• Provide guidance on solution design, technical decision-making, and systems optimisation
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between architecture and business objectives
About You
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, ERP system design, and complex systems integration
• Deep knowledge of software development, integration patterns, and technical frameworks
• Hands-on experience defining technical standards, roadmaps, and architectural governance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills to engage with technical teams and stakeholders
• Advanced digital literacy across Microsoft 365 and enterprise documentation tools (Desirable)
