What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Technical BA on cyber security or risk-related projects
- Ability to work across complex enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement – both business and technical
- Understanding of security frameworks, standards, or GRC principles is a bonus
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language and requirements
- Skilled in developing detailed requirements documentation, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, or chaotic environments where priorities can shift quickly
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing demands without losing focus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build trust and influence across multiple teams and leadership levels
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
