About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst with a minimum of 10 years in IT and a proven track record in developing and implementing Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.
This role is critical to ensuring business continuity and resilience across our IT infrastructure and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and documentation of Disaster Recovery strategies and solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors to assess current DR capabilities and identify gaps.
- Develop comprehensive DR plans, including risk assessments, impact analyses, recovery objectives, and testing protocols.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and validate DR scenarios.
- Ensure alignment of DR plans with business continuity strategies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the execution of DR tests and simulations and document outcomes and improvement actions.
- Provide detailed reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a Business Analyst role.
- Demonstrated experience in Disaster Recovery Planning, including plan development, testing, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, data management, and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
- Experience working in large complex environments is highly desirable.
