The Role:
As a Systems Engineer, you’ll be responsible for identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities across the End User Computing (EUC) environment, across Windows, Mac and MTR devices and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out vulnerability scans and assessments across end user devices and applications
- Review vulnerabilities and implement timely remediation of vulnerabilities, including patching, hotfixes and configuration changes
- Work closely with IT, Security to investigate logs and carry out remediation
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- Experience in managing, deploying, configuring and patching Windows 11 via Intune
- Vulnerability management knowledge and experience carrying out vulnerability scans
- Strong reporting and documentations skills
- Background in desktop support
