Key responsibilities:
- Identify vulnerabilities on Windows 11, MacOS, and related platforms
- Perform regular vulnerability scans and coordinate patching, hotfixes, and remediation activities
- Automate remediation processes to enhance efficiency
- Work with IT and Security teams to ensure compliance with policies and standards
- Maintain accurate records and report on vulnerabilities, patching, and mitigation efforts
- Proven experience managing and troubleshooting Windows 11 devices using Intune
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools, specifically Rapid7 Insight or similar
- Strong skills in coordinating and executing patching, hotfixes, and fixes for vulnerabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Effective documentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Understanding of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and external partners
