About the Role
As a Production Systems Operations Center Support Officer, you will deliver end-user computing support and monitor enterprise infrastructure and applications. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll ensure system stability and coordinate incident resolution with Level 3 teams and vendors. This is a Roster: 3 days, 3 nights, 6 days off (12-hour shifts) Based in Perth CBD.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and end-user support (laptops, monitors, radios, peripherals).
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, VMware, networks, satellite links).
- Perform initial troubleshooting of enterprise applications and escalate as needed.
- Support secure file transfer operations (CyberArk, GoAnywhere, MoveIT).
- Maintain IP radio systems and CCTV integrity.
- Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
- Enterprise-level IT support experience preferred.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Active Directory, VMware, WAN/LAN networks.
- Exposure to MFA (Silverfort), secure transfer tools, and endpoint protection.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
