About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled System Analyst / Test Analyst to support the analysis, design, and testing of business systems and processes.
This position offers the best of both worlds — blending Business Analysis with Quality Assurance and Testing, making it ideal for professionals who can bridge business needs and technology solutions.
You’ll work across the full lifecycle — from requirements gathering and process analysis through to testing, validation, and delivery — ensuring our systems are fit-for-purpose, high-quality, and aligned to organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities Business & Systems Analysis
- Assess current systems and gather business requirements.
- Define future state solutions and process improvements.
- Produce documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Support alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Track and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure quality outcomes.
- Strong background in business or systems analysis and software testing.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience preparing detailed documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other test management tools.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- Certifications such as ISTQB or IIBA CBAP/CCBA.
- Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is an advantage.
- Baseline Security Clearance(preferred).
