Join a small, high-impact team supporting 45 users across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD, WatchGuard, and SharePoint. You’ll handle end-to-end ICT operations (L1–L4), including system admin, cybersecurity, and ISM / ASD Essential Eight compliance.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, AD, and Windows Server
- Implement Essential Eight & ISM security controls
- Automate deployments, backups, and endpoint management
- Provide technical support and maintain secure infrastructure
You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in system administration or ICT infrastructure (L1–L4)
- Strong hands-on skills across Microsoft 365 E5, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Sentinel & Purview
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell & Hyper-V
- Experience managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams & MS SQL Server
- Solid understanding of ASD Essential Eight & ACSC ISM security frameworks
- Excellent documentation, communication & audit reporting skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes
- Australian Citizenship (eligible for NV1 clearance – sponsored post-hire)
Desirable:
- Experience in critical-infrastructure environments
- Exposure to SOC/SIEM, incident response & threat analysis
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST 800-53 or DISP frameworks
