Our client is looking for SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant for a contract role. You will be instrumental in delivering high-impact SAP projects, with a specialization in SuccessFactors Payroll solutions. You will collaborate closely with Payroll teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system designs. Your expertise will drive the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of payroll technologies.

Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of SuccessFactors applications ( principally Employee Central & Employee Central Time Off Modules).
  • Collaborate with business users ( HR teams & Payroll) to understand their business needs to delivery timely solutions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve system issues or bugs and provide ongoing support to end users across applications.
  • Possess a strong set of consulting skills , including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Convert business requirements into system configuration elements and develop a solution design for the successfactors, ensuring adherence to governance processes and best practices.
  • Engage in regular meetings with stakeholders to foster trust, enhance collaboration, and strengthen the visibility and influence of IT within their perspective.
 
 Desired Skills & Experience


  • Proven experience of full cycle implementation of SAP Employee Central &Employee Central Time off modules.
  • A minimum 5 years' experience within the SAP SuccessFactors technical and functional.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • A team player who works well with other team members, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals
  • SAP Employee Central & SAP Employee Central Time Off certification required
