About the Role:
Extensive experience architecting and integrating large-scale contact centre environments, including leading platforms such as Verint i360, Cisco UCCE, NICE CXone, Nexidia Analytics, and CRM systems like Verint CEM and Salesforce, with advanced capability in IVR design and end-to-end solution integration. Demonstrated success delivering complex contact centre migrations, including cloud transformations to platforms such as Genesys, NICE, or AWS, while shaping best-practice call flow design and skills-based routing strategies.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership in designing, refining, and articulating solution architectures tailored to defined business needs and operating environments.
  • Define and document the scope, structure, and key outputs for each phase of the solution architecture lifecycle.
  • Leverage enterprise architecture frameworks and artefacts to source, analyse, and apply critical information that informs solution design.
  • Plan roadmaps and transition strategies that enable seamless progression from current state to target architecture.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in architecting solutions across complex, cross-functional, and heterogeneous enterprise ecosystems.
  • Possess proven experience architecting solutions and leading foundational design decisions within large-scale enterprise environments, ideally in the financial services sector.
  • Facilitate workshops and drives stakeholder alignment to establish a unified, enterprise-wide solution direction.
 
Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years’ experience in solution / technology architecture space
  • Demonstrable experience with solution architecture development, key design decisions in a large enterprise environment preferably financial industry
  • Experience facilitating workshops and building consensus around the overall solution design
  • Experience with formal architectural methods such as TOGAF
