About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior ServiceNow Tester to support testing and quality assurance across a secure ServiceNow environment. You'll execute detailed test plans, identify and manage defects, and contribute to automation and continuous improvement efforts. What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, including regression and integration testing.
- Manage and report defects using Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and define quality gates.
- Collaborate with client teams to complete UAT and integration testing.
- Contribute to test automation initiatives and implement scalable test frameworks.
- Ensure ServiceNow implementations meet functional and security requirements.
- 1–2 years of hands-on testing experience, ideally in a ServiceNow environment.
- Experience with test planning, defect management, and test execution.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in secure, agile environments.
- Australian Citizenship and active NV1 Security Clearance (must-have).
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience in government or highly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow test automation and scripting.
- Exposure to ITSM tools and Agile delivery models.
