Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Senior Vlocity Developer
This is a long-term contract role for 12 months with a 12-month extension (1 extension term), located at our client’s sites across ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA, with hybrid working arrangements (minimum 3 days in-office per week, subject to negotiation with the line manager).
As the selected candidate, you will:
• Be a pivotal member of a multi-disciplinary scrum team delivering Salesforce-based solutions as part of a high-profile transformational program
• Support the creation and review of design standards and develop Salesforce Vlocity solutions ensuring robustness, reusability, performance, and quality
• Ensure adherence to governance and coding standards through regular reviews
• Support the code deployment process across all environments including Production
• Actively participate in daily Scrum activities
• Deliver quality Salesforce Vlocity components in collaboration with developers, UI/UX experts, solution architects, and accessibility experts
• Provide guidance and best practices for Salesforce Vlocity solution delivery
• Build team capability through collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Support the implementation of CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation practices
To be successful in this role you should have:
• Experience in Salesforce Vlocity platform including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors
• Strong experience with Object-Oriented Programming, frameworks, and design patterns
• Experience building and working with integrations (e.g., REST APIs, Platform Events)
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer
• Experience working with Source Control tools such as GitLab and package-based development
It is desirable if you have:
• Experience with Atlassian Jira, VSCode, and DevOps practices
• Successfully delivered 4+ Salesforce CRM projects using Agile methodology
• Familiarity with accessibility and a passion for accessible design and development
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with the ability to obtain Baseline security clearance.
