- Working knowledge of responsive behaviour, mobile design considerations, and front-end principles (CSS awareness, GitHub familiarity a plus).
- Interest or experience in new tools like Cursor, Locofy, Vercel AI, or similar AI-accelerated workflows.
- A collaborative, learning mindset – someone who’s proactive in exploring new tools and sharing knowledge with the team.
- Comfortable working across multiple products and thinking in terms of platform and ecosystem, not just features.
- Profitable and commercially successful, they are at an exciting growth stage, investing in product expansion and innovation.
- Work alongside a compact team of talented, curious, and committed product designers.
- A real opportunity to own end-to-end design work – from concept to delivery – within a critical, real-world SaaS platform.
- Hybrid working and Sydney-based flexibility.
- Culture grounded in craft, curiosity, and shared learning. The team and company chemistry is awesome…you will be amongst a talented bunch of people who love working and creating software together.
- Exposure to new tech, continuous learning, and a strong focus on user impact.
- Streamlined one-stage interview, ideally in person.
- Candidates will be asked to walk through a selected piece from their portfolio and talk through design decisions, process, and problem-solving.
