Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and summary reports.
- Coordinate and execute payroll testing activities across SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
- Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful testing outcomes.
- Support test environment management and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.
- Proven experience in SAP HR/Payroll testing, including S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools (e.g., SAP CALM), and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations or major upgrades.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- ISTQB Foundation Certification.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery.
- Exposure to ECC to S/4HANA migrations and greenfield implementations.
