Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and document conformance testing for vendor systems
- Develop and maintain test cases and reports
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues
- Analyse XML clinical documents for specification compliance
- Manage risk assessment activities and incident reports
- Support SDLC processes and quality assurance reviews
- Proven experience in software testing or conformance testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC and quality frameworks
- Experience with XML and clinical document review
- Proficiency in Excel, Visio, and Word
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in risk management or incident analysis is desirable
