About the role:
We’re seeking a skilled Senior Technical Officer to provide system support across a large enterprise environment. You’ll work hands-on with SCCM, Intune, Group Policy, and SOE rebuilds, supporting day-to-day engineering tasks and rollout projects.
📌  Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support SCCM (full site), Intune, and Group Policy environments
- Package and deploy software applications
- Rebuild and rollout Windows 10/11 SOE desktop fleet
- Assist with problem management and root cause analysis
- Document technical changes and collaborate with delivery teams
- Strong SCCM experience (site admin, packaging, rollouts)
- Solid Intune and Group Policy knowledge
- Proven SOE build and scripting experience
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
