Are you a seasoned ITSM specialist with proven experience supporting complex enterprise environments? We’re partnering with a global information management consultancy to find multiple Senior Technical ITSM Consultants to join a growing team working on high profile digital transformation programs across the Federal Government sector.
This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, high performing team delivering secure, scalable ITSM solutions to some of Australia’s most recognisable government agencies.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in the design, delivery, and support of enterprise ITSM solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to government clients, building strong working relationships and driving successful outcomes
• Lead or contribute to strategic IT initiatives across secure government environments
• Work across both Windows and Linux platforms within secure, enterprise grade environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and project managers.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven technical expertise in delivering and managing Enterprise ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell, or similar)
• Strong knowledge and practical application of ITIL frameworks
• Experience supporting secure environments on Windows and Linux platforms
• Proficiency in scripting or development using JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, SQL, or Java
• Familiarity with secure networking, authentication protocols, and modern architectural patterns
• Exposure to or certification in containerisation technologies such as Kubernetes is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach
You must hold a current NV1 AGSVA security clearance to be eligible for this role. Candidates without this clearance cannot be considered due to the nature of the work.
