About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to join a short-term Cyber Security Program. You will analyse and document cyber security systems, applications, and interfaces, ensuring delivery of secure and effective solutions within a large-scale ICT environment.
You will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, producing software requirement specifications, system designs, workflows, and playbooks, while supporting other analysts and project resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse cyber security system and application requirements.
- Prepare documentation including software requirements, system designs, workflows, and playbooks.
- Identify and document system interfaces for integration partners.
- Support other business/technical analysts, consultants, and change managers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage deliverables across multiple projects.
- Strong experience in technical analysis for cyber security projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of Checkpoint & Palo Alto firewalls, F5 GTM-LTM, hybrid/on-prem/cloud security, and Azure services.
- Proven experience documenting system interfaces, workflows, knowledge articles, and playbooks.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Visio, MindMaps or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Healthcare or health IT experience is highly regarded but not mandatory.
