Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance on solution architecture and design activities
- Develop high-quality solution options and design artefacts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements
- Oversee integration, data flow, and end-to-end digital solution delivery
- Support Agile delivery practices using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in solution architecture or business analysis with a digital focus
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) certification or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) and UX/UI principles
- Experience working in government or large complex organisations preferred
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
