About the Role:
Deliver scalable, production-grade software solutions underpinning AI-driven systems. Collaborate with cross-functional squads on end-to-end feature delivery every two weeks. Design, build, and maintain multi-agent and generative AI systems that support business objectives. Translate complex technical concepts into practical engineering solutions aligned with product goals.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of robust AI and data-driven applications.
- Implement and optimise engineering frameworks to support multi-agent and GenAI platforms.
- Work collaboratively to solve complex technical problems, applying strong analytical and coding skills.
- Engage proactively in solution discussions and sharing opinions confidently while remaining adaptable.
- Participate in code reviews, technical challenges, and agile ceremonies.
- Maintain high coding standards, ensuring reliability and scalability in production systems.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Software Engineer (senior-level).
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar).
- Experience building, delivering, and operating production-grade software systems.
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) or agentic AI frameworks is highly regarded.
- Design solutions independently and explain technical reasoning clearly.
- Experience in agile, fast-paced environments and comfortable in delivering to tight timelines.
