About the role
You would be involved in:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Provide technical support for platform upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor application performance and optimize to reduce technical debt.
To be successful for the role, you would ideally be:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development (ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, CSM, HRSD).
- Technical development in Glide and Jelly Scripting
- Expertise in technologies such as JavaScript/Glide, Angular, HTML, PowerShell
- Experience in integrating with other technologies using REST, SOAP, JSON APIs
