About the role: 

Seeking Senior ServiceNow Administrator for our key Government client.

In this role, you will: provide guidance and expert advice to the team on the design of technical solutions, aimed at improving service delivery and boosting productivity across the department’s diverse functions.  You will also utilise ServiceNow administration and development expertise to design and deliver technical service solutions, encompassing implementation, documentation, testing, release, and ongoing support.

Responsabilities:
  • Support the day-to-day operations and administration of the department’s ServiceNow platform
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with other support teams within the People and Corporate Services Division to ensure high-quality service delivery and positive outcomes for customers.
  • Lead the design, documentation, and implementation of technical solutions to support the delivery of online services to departmental business units.
  • Offer technical guidance and recommend solutions that enhance business outcomes and drive greater efficiency.
  • Conduct testing, monitoring, and reporting of technical solutions to support ongoing service improvement.
Requirements:
  • CSA ServiceNow - minimum 5 years of experience (specialism in ITSM and/or HRSD, WSD, CSM, CMDB, Integration Hub)
  • ITIL certified
