We are exclusively recruiting two Senior Pronto Xi Consultants for a long-established, specialist Pronto Xi implementation partner and service provider based in Macquarie Park. These newly created roles reflect sustained client demand and offer the opportunity to join a stable, collaborative, and technically capable team delivering hands-on solutions for long-term customers.
The Opportunity
- Engage directly with national clients to deliver Pronto Xi technical solutions, including ERP health checks, business process reviews, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Own the technical delivery of Pronto Xi engagements from scope through to resolution, ensuring robust configurations, customisations, testing, and implementation.
- Apply deep expertise across core Pronto Xi modules — Finance, Inventory, Warehousing, Manufacturing, POS, and more — at a technical level.
- Configure and troubleshoot environments, including TrueForms and Cognos where required.
- Provide post-implementation support, prepare clear documentation, deliver training, and mentor junior consultants.
- Operate autonomously, accountable for your own technical delivery and commercial outcomes.
- Pronto Xi technical expertise is mandatory — 8+ years’ hands-on experience delivering, configuring, and supporting Pronto Xi environments for clients.
- Demonstrated ability to design, configure, and optimise Pronto Xi solutions across at least three modules: Finance, Inventory, Warehousing, Manufacturing, POS.
- Proven hands-on experience with:
- TrueForms configuration and optimisation
- ERP upgrades and environment setup
- Troubleshooting at system and module level
- Post-implementation technical support and issue resolution
- Ability to run ERP health checks, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical, technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills — able to engage credibly with CFOs, IT teams, and end-users alike.
- Commercially disciplined, able to self-manage, bill effectively, and deliver to client expectations.
- Sydney-based or willing to relocate (4 days/week on-site).
- Working knowledge of Cognos reporting.
- Understanding of accounting principles (CPA background a plus).
