About the role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex ICT initiatives within a large government department.
This role involves managing cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks, and maintaining stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Required skills:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale transformation projects within a complex, governed environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to coach stakeholders in Agile practices and principles.
- Strong governance over Agile artefacts aligned with project goals.
- Experience in education or government sectors with knowledge of public sector frameworks.
- Certification in PRINCE2/PRINCE2 Agile or equivalent
