- Concepts and cut through noise to identify what matters and what doesn’t
- Confidence engaging across all layers of the business and with diverse stakeholder groups, including C-suite
- The leadership and judgement to drive productivity, balancing saying ‘yes’ to enable and ‘no’ when boundaries are needed
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within financial services, with regulatory knowledge. Likely to have Wealth Management & Superannuation technology & domain expertise or related expertise e.g. Financial Modelling, Managed Accounts, Investment Management, Managed Funds etc.
- Combines strategic thinking with methodical execution, underpinned by strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Capable of monitoring product performance to optimise and improve offerings
- Has led groups/teams of business analysts, collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams to define and prioritise product features and enhancements
- Technically literate and able to work in partnership with engineering – understands technical feasibility and integration challenges in a highly complex technical/platform environment
- Must be based in Sydney (flexible working)

This is a two-interview process. The first-round interview will be with Superannuation product and technical SME’s and the second with the Directors.
