This key technical role is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of business solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform, enhancing collaboration, productivity, and compliance across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand complex requirements, design secure and compliant architectures, and deliver scalable solutions that align with enterprise standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports that meet business needs and compliance standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including architecture, configuration, and testing details.
- Manage solution lifecycles across development, test, and production environments using Azure DevOps.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance, usability, and security.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in end-to-end Power Platform solution delivery (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Strong ability to engage with business users, define requirements, and communicate technical solutions.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Azure SQL, and related Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Understanding of secure development, accessibility, and branding standards.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
