Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end PMO support across transformational change initiatives.
- Manage program financials including budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and process improvements.
- Drive lean governance and status reporting, ensuring risks and issues are effectively managed with appropriate controls and mitigations.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders at all levels to build strong, collaborative relationships.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and insights tailored for different audiences.
- Own and uplift PMO processes, continuously identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
- Proven experience in PMO services and tools supporting complex change programs.
- Strong financial budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation experience.
- Expertise in risk and issue management with a focus on practical mitigations and controls.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distil complex information into clear insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Self-starter who works independently and takes initiative.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) plus strong working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Mural.
- Proven ability to re-engineer financial processes and uplift forecasting, reconciliation, and dependency management.
- Project accounting experience.
- Experience managing multiple and shifting priorities.
- Exposure to banking or financial services industry.
