What you’ll do:
- Lead IT support across hardware, software, and cloud services
- Manage systems, networks, and security operations
- Troubleshoot complex issues and maintain high availability
- Liaise with stakeholders and manage vendor relationships
- Support major IT improvement projects
- Experience in desktop, systems, and network administration
- Strong knowledge of on-premise and cloud infrastructure (Azure ideal)
- Solid understanding of IT security practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
