Are you an experienced Pronto Xi consultant looking to work in a long established, stable and growing business with a family-like and close-knit team culture?
We are exclusively recruiting these roles for specialist ERP consultancy seeking two experienced Pronto consultants to join their team in Macquarie Park. These hires are being made due to company growth based on new opportunities and demand from a loyal customer base.
The Role:
• Work directly with local and national clients to deliver process reviews, ERP health checks, upgrades and enhancements
• Leverage your expertise in Pronto Xi to optimise operations across finance, inventory, warehousing and manufacturing
• Own the delivery of ERP engagements from scope to resolution – billable, commercial, client-facing.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Pronto Xi
• Deliver training, produce clear documentation and mentor junior consultants.
• Operate with high autonomy and accountability in a flat company structure as part of a skilled and stable team who share knowledge and support each other.
What We’re Looking For
Essentials:
• 8+ years of Pronto Xi consulting or advanced end-user experience
• Strong functional knowledge across at least 3 of: Finance, POS, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehousing etc.
• Ability to conduct ERP health checks, analyse business processes, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Strong communication skills – both technical and business-facing
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, bill effectively, and self-manage day-to-day
• Sound understanding of accounting principles (CPA desirable)
• Must be Sydney-based or willing to relocate (role is onsite 4 days a week)
• Experience with TrueForms & Cognos would be a bonus
