Our SaaS client is privately owned and a clear market leader, achieving massive commercial success and rapid growth. We have been their exclusive technology recruitment partner for more than 10 years, helping build their engineering group from foundation.
They are looking to hire multiple developers to add surge capacity to their development group of 35 (roughly 7 x 5 Scrum teams) to speed up the delivery of new features to market.
Their engineering team is headed by one of the founding Principal Consultants from Readify, who leads a high-trust and close-knit culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. He differentiates between developers who code, and engineers who work with others to solve problems. We are looking to hire senior engineers. You will be full-stack (circa 60/40 BE/FE) working in a .Net 8, Vue 3 and AWS environment.
Core requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a team collaboration bent
- Exceptional C# .Net back-end coding skills. Likely 8+ years’ experience
- Design and architecture experience
- Front-end skills. Ideally Vue, but can be Angular or React
- DevOps, CI/CD & Microservices experience
