Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online
- Implement plugins, workflows, web resources, and JavaScript customisations
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Conduct unit testing and support UAT
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and performance
- Provide end-user training and support
- Stay updated with platform enhancements and best practices
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online
- Strong skills in plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and web resources
- Understanding of CRM integrations, architecture & security models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent industry experience
- Willingness to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check
