About the Role:
As a CX Engineer, you will lead technical solution delivery from concept to deployment, drive innovation to solve customer challenges, guide a high-performing delivery team, and build strong, lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Technical Leader with 5+ years of experience designing, deploying, and operating modern Service Provider networks.
- Contribute to Service Provider network transformation initiatives, including future state architecture, consulting, toolchain evolution, and automation strategies.
- Capture customer requirements, define project scope, and articulate end-to-end solutions through high-level and low-level design documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and senior leadership, delivering technical insights and recommendations with confidence.
- Align technical solutions with customer business goals, bridging strategic objectives with practical implementation.
- Serve as a trusted adviser, influencing customer decisions through sound technical and strategic guidance.
- Engage in pre-sales activities, translating complex business requirements into scalable and effective solution designs.
- Experience working with Service Provider R&S protocols and technology
- Experience of working with Cisco routers and switches, IOS and IOS-XR
- Experience of working with Cisco ASR9K and NCS platforms
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong background in Service Provider network architecture
- Knowledge of Segment Routing, Segment Routing v6, IPv6, MPLS
- Certification on Cisco technologies like CCIE, CCNP, CCNA, DEVASC
