Seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Federal Government Client.
12 Months Contract with extensions

Hybrid work flexibility 2-3 days on-site / WFH
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with regulations and delivering operational and capability uplift, fit-for-purpose business processes and operations, creating and applying innovative approaches to business improvement.
• Report to the Director, Business Transformation and Analysis, working within a team of subject matter experts.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with comfort in ambiguity and tight deadlines.
• Lead the analysis and design of scalable, fit-for-purpose business processes aligned with strategic goals.
• Identify opportunities for operational and capability improvements and apply best-practice methodologies for business transformation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
• Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex government, regulatory, or enterprise environments
• Knowledge of regulatory environments
and public sector policy frameworks
• Demonstrated capability in process analysis, design, and optimisation, including fit-for-purpose business process development
• Proven ability to lead gap analysis and current-state assessments, translating findings into actionable recommendations
• Experience within Government and Federal project environment
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian Citizen
with Active Baseline Clearance
or NV1 Security Clearance or higher.
