- Our key state government client is seeking experienced Business Analysts to join the team. The initial project assignments focus on supporting Backup and Recovery, Azure Landing Zone Deployment, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Privileged Access Management.
- Actively manage relationships with key stakeholders and lead business and technical workshops and meetings as needed to define requirements, streamline business processes, and drive improved outcomes
- Secure formal stakeholder agreement on requirement scope, including translating requirements into features, epics, user stories, and corresponding acceptance criteria.
- When necessary, serve as the primary point of contact for designated stakeholder groups, initiating and facilitating clear, open communication and collaboration among all parties.
- Lead investigative efforts to analyze business needs and define efficient business processes by enhancing information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organizational change.
- Own the solution design process and collaborate with stakeholders to finalize a design aligned with industry best practices.
- Identify and support the development of remediation plans to address inconsistent or unclear business practices that may impact project success.
Requirements:
- At least five years of experience in a Senior Business Analyst position.
- Skilled at quickly understanding business needs and converting them into updated process maps and user stories.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively in the design, preparation, and delivery of client solutions.
- Previous experience and understanding of core ICT infrastructure services, including networking and data protection.
- Previous experience and expertise with Azure cloud platforms, workloads, and Software as a Service (SaaS) environments.
- Previous experience and understanding of IT Service Management.
