Join the Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Assurance team of a government agency as a Security Specialist and lead the delivery of a cutting-edge Red Teaming Program designed to strengthen cyber resilience statewide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of red teaming exercises, ensuring accurate findings and actionable insights.
- Develop executive-level reports to communicate results and share lessons learned across government.
- Apply robust project management practices, including risk, change, and resource management.
- Oversee vendor contracts and foster strong relationships to achieve program goals.
- Proven experience in red, blue, or purple team engagements or similar cybersecurity projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, from technical teams to executives.
- Strategic thinker with experience in vendor and contract management.
- Qualifications such as OSCP, CRTP, GPEN, or CREST highly regarded.
