Security Engineer - SME
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support secure network infrastructures using technologies like Fortinet, Checkpoint, and F5.
- Manage advanced networking protocols (MPLS, BGP, VxLAN, VRF) and ensure alignment with ITIL v4 processes for incident, problem, and change management.
- Lead internal teams and MSPs, oversee vendor performance, and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Drive international service delivery, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement in security operations.
Required Skills:
- At least 7 years of Security Engineer relevant experience in technology service management position within IP and Security technology space
- Experience with at least 2 of the following: Fortinet, Checkpoint, DDoS platform, F5
- Working knowledge of on MPLS/LDP, VRF, BGP, VxLAN
- Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL v4
- Telecom industry experience preferred (open to other enterprise industry too)
