Role title: SAP S/4HANA Payroll Technical Analyst (BA)
Duration: 16 Months + likely extension
Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid work)
Required Skills:
- Experience supporting change impact assessments for large-scale ERP programs in Corporate Finance or Treasury contexts
- Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and management, particularly across Finance, Treasury, and IT functions
- Solid understanding of core finance processes including General Ledger (GL), Actuals, Planning, and Budgeting cycles
- Exposure to or knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP BPC (desirable but not essential)
- Strong capability in benefits and outcomes traceability, linking business objectives through process change to detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops, impact analysis, and process mapping across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Comfortable translating technical and functional designs into business impact narratives and supporting change communication strategies.
- Demonstrated strategic and operational delivery skills directed at meeting or exceeding customer expectations and optimising business outcomes. Proven ability to maintain a clear focus on customer business objectives, to understand the customer’s strategic goals and translate these into credible outcomes for all stakeholders.
