Seeking a skilled SAP Supply Chain Team Lead to join our Federal Government Client.
Permanent Fulltime Opportunity
Southern Sydney, NSW (Open to out of state candidates willing to relocate)
Hybrid work flexibility (3 days on-site / 2 days WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

•  Solution Design: Gather and analyse business requirements, identify process improvements, and design/configure SAP solutions aligned with best practices.
•  Project Implementation & Deployment: Lead SAP implementations, oversee data migration and integration, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
•  Testing, Quality Assurance & Support: Develop test plans, conduct UAT, ensure compliance with change control processes, and provide ongoing SAP application support and troubleshooting.
•  Training, Documentation & Knowledge Management: Deliver end-user training, maintain system documentation, and manage knowledge bases to support continuous learning and system enhancements.
•  Team Leadership & Resource Management: Mentor junior staff, manage team utilisation, oversee resource onboarding, and conduct performance reviews for both permanent and contract team members.

Required Skills:

•  Hands-on SAP Supply Chain Functional Consultant and Lead experience
•  Solid experience across SAP – SD, MM, WM & C4C domains
•  The desired experience includes Architecting, Designing, implementing (Configuring + Testing) and Supporting end-to-end SCM solutions
•  Experience within the Government/Federal Environment is a plus
