About the Role
Our Federal Government client is seeking skilled professionals across multiple SAP and ERP roles:
- SAP HCM/Payroll Functional Specialist - 267910
- SAP FICO Functional Specialist - 267913
- SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Specialist - 267911
- ERP Delivery Manager - 267912
These are long-term contract roles (12 months, with up to 2 x 12-month extensions) based in Canberra. Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Canberra at least 3x a week.
SAP HCM/Payroll Functional Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and support the SAP HCM/Payroll module.
- Provide functional support for BAU and projects.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and raise SAP notes.
- Deliver documentation and knowledge transfer to staff.
- Demonstrated functional/configuration experience in SAP HCM/Payroll.
- Experience with payroll troubleshooting and configuration.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- SuccessFactors experience.
- Knowledge of SAP FICO, MM, HR, or BW modules.
SAP FICO Functional Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP FICO modules.
- Implement financial processes and support integration with other modules.
- Resolve defects and provide process improvements.
- Work with business teams to define financial requirements.
- Strong SAP FICO functional/configuration experience.
- Ability to configure key FICO components and support integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with HR, MM, or BW modules.
- Government or large-scale SAP environment experience.
SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain SAP P2P processes, including SRM and VIM.
- Support procurement and vendor management workflows.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Collaborate with business users on purchasing and payment requirements.
- SAP P2P functional/configuration experience.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and vendor processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot P2P workflow issues.
- Experience with SRM 7.0, ABAP, Webdynpro, or OpenText VIM.
- Understanding of FICO and integration points.
ERP Delivery Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP modernisation streams and project delivery.
- Manage stakeholders across business and ICT functions.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver multi-phase ERP projects.
- Ensure governance and reporting are met.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering ERP programs.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Background with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Experience in government ERP transformation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP integration and modernisation strategies.
Security Clearance
Due to security clearance requirements, candidates must be Australian citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline clearance.
