- Business Process Analysis: Skilled in analysing workflows and translating business needs into functional requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Experienced in engaging stakeholders and bridging business-technical gaps through clear communication.
- Requirements Elicitation: Proficient in gathering and documenting functional/non-functional requirements via interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Process Improvement: Identify and propose process optimisation and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Testing & Validation: Support UAT, write test cases, and validate solutions to meet business and quality standards.
- Change Management: Deliver end-user training, develop manuals, and support adoption through effective change facilitation.
- Project Support: Assist with planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure project timelines and deliverables are achieved.
