Required skills and competencies:
This role requires the following senior SAP leadership and technical skills:
- Extensive experience in SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, and S/4 HANA across functional consulting and solution architecture.
- Proven track record in leading SAP functional teams, implementing frameworks like SAP Activate, and delivering configuration services.
- Led multiple end-to-end SAP implementations in process-driven environments.
- Deep expertise in SAP HCM (Payroll, Time, PA, OM, MSS, People Analytics, SuccessFactors) with strong understanding of employee lifecycle and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of Master Data Governance, including data standards, quality, lifecycle, integration, and security.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with a focus on collaborative outcomes.
- Good to have : SAP certification in relevant SAP modules
