As a key contact for technical system inquiries and support requests from Delivery teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth platform operations—especially during the onboarding of new Data Virtualization and Data Scrambling tools. We're seeking someone with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support SAP Basis administration across Windows and HANA environments
- Manage and troubleshoot SFDC (Salesforce) integrations
- Act as the technical liaison for delivery teams regarding platform issues and user support
- Assist in onboarding new tooling for data virtualization and scrambling
- Contribute to system upgrades, migrations, and overall SAP environment stability
- 2+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration
- SAP NetWeaver and/or HANA certification (preferred)
- Experience with system upgrades, migrations, and conversions
- Solid understanding of the NetWeaver stack, HANA DB, HA/clustering
- Exposure to storage systems, FIORI, and Single Sign-On integration
- Basic knowledge of Azure functionality
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)
